For the second night in a row, DJ Sharma had to settle for second place. He was heads up last night against Devon Jacobs, and couldn’t quite finish it out. Tonight, in the $560 Big Bounty, he got heads up again, but this time, it was Georgios Gializis who got the better of him.
Sharma held the lead for most of heads up, but a big flip that went Gializis’ way was the difference. Gializis was playing pocket fours against Sharma’s ace-queen suited. Sharma turned a queen, but unfortunately for him, Gializis has already flopped a set. That left Sharma very short and shortly after he got it in blind with six-three and ran into ace-ten of hearts.
They both ran out to boats, but the aces full of threes for Gializis was better than the threes full of aces for Sharma, and he was out in second place for the second night in a row.
