Event #8: $230 NLH ($200 + $30)
| Date: | Nov 24, 6 PM |
| Blinds: | 20 Minutes |
| Starting Stack: | 20k |
| Late Entry: | 9 Levels (~9:30 PM) |
| Day 1 Ends: | One-Day Event |
The late game for Monday evening is the smallest buy-in of the series, the $230 NLH. Action gets going at 6 PM, and entries are open until about 9:30.
That makes 9 levels of open entry, with levels playing for 20 minutes throughout the game. Once entries are closed, they’ll play down to a winner, with 10% of the field getting a payday of some kind.

In September, Bernice McLennan came through to take down the game. She took it down over Adam Bishop heads up after a wild final table that included a hand where she cracked the quads of Hugh Armstrong with a straight flush to send him out in 3rd.
Alek Gillies will handle the reporting duties on this one, with the caveat that he’ll be watching Day 1 of the 6-Max more closely until it bags, then finishing his night here. I’ll be in the chair for reporting duties starting with Tuesday’s action.
