There is $2 million guaranteed on the Northern coast of Cyprus, starting on November 19. 13 days of tournament poker action follow, with the series wrapping up on December 1.
The series starts off with a blast, guaranteeing $160k in prizes when the first three days are complete. After that, the series gets into full swing with a Mystery Bounty game promising $150k, and the Chamada Super High Roller with at least $200k in the pot.
That sets up the big show – the Chamada Prime Main Event with $700k guaranteed, the biggest cash promise of the series. Main Event action kicks off on Nov 27 with the first of four starting flights, and the final few players will play for the big money on the final day on Dec 1.
The Big Games
The biggest game of the series is the $700k guaranteed Chamada Prime Main Event. The five-day event has four starting flights from Nov 27 – 29 (one flight each on 27, 28, with the 29th playing host to two starting days, including a late turbo flight), with two days on Nov 30 & Dec 1 to finish out the money play after the Day 1 flights are complete.
That’s not the only game that will have players’ mouths watering. Right off the bat, the Take Off Event guarantees $100k over two starting days, with the final money play on Day 3 of the festival. That sets up a $150k guaranteed Mystery Bounty, and a high roller and super high roller with $400k and $200k guaranteed, respectively. With smaller one-day events scattered throughout the series, guaranteeing $30k to $60k, as well as satellites to the bigger games, there will be plenty of shots at big money in Cyprus.
