The 2025 Kings of Vilnius returns for its second edition in just a few days with an action-packed schedule of 34 numbered events and non-stop cash games from November 14–23 at Olympic Casino Lietuva.
The event opens its doors this Friday, November 14, and is primed to deliver a weekend packed with exciting tournaments, satellites, and non-stop cash games, all leading up to what promises to be the country’s largest-ever poker festival.
OlyBet Tournament Director Teresa Nousiainen designed the ‘Kings of’ brand more than a decade ago, and the Kings of Tallinn has built on its success year after year. Nousiainen, alongside OlyBet’s Head of Poker Operations in the Baltics, Marijus Grigonis, and many others, successfully introduced the brand to the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius in 2024 and is expecting an even larger turnout this year.
The festival is highlighted by the three-day Kings of Vilnius €1,100 NLH Main Event on Nov. 20-23, with a €250,000 guaranteed prize pool expected to be smashed out of the ballpark with live reporting at poker.pro.
That being said, the first weekend will kickstart the festival with tons of action straight out of the gate.
Festival Opening and Weekend Schedule
The opening weekend is nearly a festival in itself. In the past, the €555 buy-in would draw crowds to a three-day Main Event. This year, the €1,100 buy-in has been the staple for Main Events for international festivals in Vilnius, with the €555 buy-in continuing to be popular as a multi-day side event.
That being said, expect huge crowds for the highlight of the first weekend in the three-day €555 Kings of Vilnius Championship from Nov. 14-17. Players will have ample opportunity to build a massive stack with three opening flights on Nov. 14 at 5 p.m. and on Nov. 15 at 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. for the turbo flight. In addition, players can enter or re-enter during the first two blind levels of Day 2 on Nov. 16.
This isn’t the only multi-day event beginning the first weekend. As players begin to hit the rail on Day 2 of the €555 Kings of Vilnius, the two-day €350 NLH Progressive Bounty begins on Nov. 16 at 3 p.m. Those making Day 2 in the money will need to return to battle on Monday in hopes of securing the trophy.
Trophies will also be awarded on the opening weekend in four side events. While many of the events are in no-limit hold’em, pot-limit Omaha fans will have a chance at Kings of Vilnius glory both in a dedicated €200 PLO5 event on Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. and in the €200 NLH/PLO4 Button Round of Each on Nov. 16 at 6 p.m.
