Wednesday brought plenty of excitement at the 2025 Kings of Vilnius as two more players were crowned champions, adding their names to the growing list of festival champions. While side events crowned new winners, the spotlight shifted back to the biggest stage, the Kings of Vilnius €2,000 High Roller, where Lithuanian poker beast Marius Kudzmanas surged ahead to end the day as the chip leader. The atmosphere inside the Olympic Park Casino continues to heat up, with the largest prizes still to be awarded and the €250,000 guaranteed Kings of Vilnius €1,100 Main Event beginning on Thursday.

Kudzmanas is no stranger to the spotlight, having earned two online WSOP gold bracelets in 2023 and 2024. According to the dedicated 2025 Kings of Vilnius at poker.pro, Kudzmanas snagged the chip lead after the final few hands were announced when his big slick won a flip against queens to eliminate Ignas Jasinevicius. The €2,000 High Roller will play down to a winner on Thursday, with the action resuming at 1 p.m. Late registration remains open until the start of Level 14 at approximately 1:40 p.m., and you can follow along with the action, including the biggest hands and bad beats at poker.pro.

In other news, Lithuania’s Aleksandr Sčastnyj made history by winning the largest-ever HORSE event in Lithuania after shipping the €200 HORSE Championship for €1,538. Later in the evening, Ignas Lasauskas made it a clean sweep for Lithuania after earning the title in the €200 NLH for €2,878 after agreeing to a three-way deal with Mindaugas Šatkauskas and Tomas Mackevičius, who earned €2,478 each.

Three Lithuanians finished in the money spots with Justinas Adomauskas the first to collect a payout slip with a third place finish of €610 for more than triple the buy-in.

Aleksandr Sčastnyj went on to defeat Jonas Mikelkevičius (second – €920) to earn the coveted trophy in the shape of a crown and the €1,538 top prize.
