PartyPoker kicked off their 2026 tour in stellar fashion, just as they wrapped up their 2025 comeback season. The first event of the year didn’t disappoint, bringing new life to the Sheffield live poker scene. PartyPoker can be compared to a train that just keeps on rolling, and as the second stop of the year approaches, they just keep switching to higher and higher gears. A couple of days ago, PartyPoker announced that yet another prominent name would join the PartyPoker Tour Ambassador family. It’s a very competent name, and considering the current line-up of legends proudly wearing the patch, it’s an educated guess that the 2026 PartyPoker Tour will be even more of a slam-dunk than the 2025 edition.

Firaldo Joins the Party

After a very successful return to the live poker scene in 2025, the 2026 PartyPoker Tour picked things up just where it left off. The 2026 PartyPoker Tour Sheffield saw Genting Casino Sheffield host its biggest live poker festival in ages, and it was a poker bonanza without comparison. The whole festival culminated with Siddhart Sudunagunta emerging victorious in the £500 Main Event, and it’s safe to say PartyPoker set the bar high for the upcoming stops this year.

The next stop for the legendary poker brand will see the tour expand outside of the UK. The 2026 PartyPoker Tour Seville will be played at Casino Admiral in “The City of the Sun”, and it’ll be the undisputed highlight of live poker in Spain between March 16-22.

One of the many factors that have been crucial to the tour’s growth and popularity has been the PartyPoker Tour Ambassador team. PartyPoker has selected a few names who all possess the charismatic skill set to spread the good word and vibes of the tour, and thanks to their hard work, the tour has been elevated to something bigger. During the Sheffield stop, the first non-UK ambassador joined the team, as Spain’s Daniel Diaz is now a crucial part of the family. Diaz will undoubtedly play a key role in the upcoming Seville stop, and in Sheffield, he proved that he’s not only a very skillful poker player, but a very social and friendly fella; he fits the PartyPoker Tour Ambassador team like a glove.

Last week, PartyPoker communicated that an eighth player would join the already superb mix of names that make up the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Ambassador team. Scottish poker legend Niall Farrell is now part of the family, and that’s one heck of a signing by PartyPoker. Farrell doesn’t need much of an introduction; perhaps more well-known under his alias “Firaldo”, Farrell is one of the most prominent names in the global poker community. With roughly $7,500,000 in lifetime earnings on The Hendon Mob – and another $4,000,000 online – he possesses a poker skillset most players can only dream of. He’s far from your typical poker professional, though; all players seated at Farrell’s tables are guaranteed the time of their lives. He is not known for being a dull player who likes to keep quiet; quite the contrary. His internal battery never seems to run dry, and with his humour and energy, he will put the “Party” in PartyPoker.

Secure Your Sheffield Adventure Through PartyPoker’s Online Qualifiers

Everyone who wants to join Farrell, the ambassador team, and the overall fun in Seville should definitely check out the PartyPoker Online Qualifiers. For mere cents, players can complete for packages and tournament tickets, securing their participation at the live poker adventure of a lifetime. Qualifiers are running daily, and considering everything that’s in store for Seville, it’s nothing one would want to miss out on.

Joe Beevers, Glenn Brown, Sam Acheampong, Natalie Bromley, Rebecca Hardisty, Barry Carter, Daniel Diaz, and now Farrell. The 2026 PartyPoker Tour Ambassador team consists of eight splendid players, and more importantly, eight wonderful human beings. The 2026 PartyPoker Tour is destined to raise the bar even higher, and Farrell will undoubtedly play his part. The legend is already confirmed to be a part of the upcoming stop in Seville, and this is just the start of something bigger. It’s remarkable how far PartyPoker has come in only one year, and at this point, it’s no longer a revival. The tour is now a prestigious live poker series, and like a fine wine, it’ll only get better.

Seville is roughly one month away, and as the official media partner, the poker.pro editorial office is happy to announce they’ll be on-site in Spain, delivering the live coverage and recap articles from the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Sheffield. Farrell and his ambassador peers are guaranteed to bring a lot of juicy content, and it’s going to be a live poker festival for the ages.
