Matt Saville, just 25 years old, carved his name into the history books, becoming the youngest-ever Vegas 100 winner in the tournament’s 12-year legacy. Saville wasn’t just good—he was dialed in from the first hand, using a mix of patience, precision, and power to dismantle a tough final table. Early set-over-set situations with pocket sixes and pocket tens helped him build a stack, but it was his cool-headed control from that point forward that separated him from the pack.

The win didn’t come easy. Last year’s champion Tony Hannon looked primed for a repeat, tearing through the field with ease. On the final table, Hannon seemed to find pocket aces every other hand. However, he ultimately came up short in 3rd, but not before proving why he’s one of Redtooth’s most respected players.

Redtooth legend Martin “Billy” Bremner also turned in a career-best run. Entering the final table as the short stack, Bremner battled bravely to a 4th-place finish, finding timely spots and making creative plays that earned the crowd’s respect. He may not have taken home the trophy, but he walked away with his head high—and a few more fans.
Tournament hosts Glenn Brown and Pete Thompson kept the energy high throughout the day, and owner Martin Green was all smiles after the dust settled, calling it “one of the best ever Vegas trips.” After 18 years of Redtooth Poker action and over a decade of the Vegas 100, this year’s edition more than delivered.

Final Hand Action
Matthew Saville held a monster lead in heads-up play and continued winning pots to become the monster stack. Eventually, the short stacked Dyer moved all in and was snapped off by Matthew Saville. Both players revealed their holdings:
Martin Dyer: 9♦7♥
Matthew Saville: A♣8♦
The flop came the 3♣K♦2♦, with both players having a chance as no pair was made. However, the 10♠2♦ gave the pot to Saville, making him the record-breaking youngest winner of the Vegas 100 in front of the roaring crowd.
With another unforgettable chapter in the books, the Vegas 100 continues to raise the bar year after year. Redtooth Poker has taken the event to the next level delivering elite competition, and unforgettable memories for players across the UK all at a show-stopping venue. With momentum at an all-time high, next year’s edition is already shaping up to be even bigger, bolder, and better—don’t miss your shot at Vegas glory in 2026!
