There are still nearly 2 hours left to enter the second flight to the Mini Main Event, with the 3rd flight already underway across the casino in the Chrome room, and both 1a & 1b have now surpassed the January numbers for those flights in the 4-Flight game, the closest analog to this structure.
January got 378 entries for 1b, and this one is already pushing 400 entries, and will almost certainly blow past that number before entries close at about 6:15 PM (1 hour and 45 minutes from this post). It seems likely the reentries to 1b will slow considerably now that players can get into 1c in an earlier level, but I still expect to see this flight top out at around 410 entries or more.
