Joseph Benson opened to 25,000 from the Button. Csaba Kovacs decided to defend his Big Blind.
Kovacs went for a 16,000 donk-bet on the 3♥9♣5♥ flop, and Benson decided to stick around. Kovacs kept the aggression going with a 30,000 bet on the Q♠ turn, and was then faced with a 70,000 raise from Benson. After some consideration, Kovacs made the call.
Kovacs checked the 7♦ river; Benson seemed really tempted to move all in for 115,000. Ultimately, though, he checked back and revealed his A♣Q♣ holdings for top-pair top-kicker. Kovacs acknowledged the winning hand and threw his own hole cards into the muck.
Csaba Kovacs: 650,000
Joseph Benson: 385,000
