The opening event for Day 2 of WSOP-C Calgary October 2025 is the Black Chip Bounty. For $400, $230 goes into the prizes, with a flat $100 bounty on everyone’s head.
The action kicks off at 11 am, and entries are open until the start of Level 10, which should be at around 3:!5 PM. The 45-minute dinner break comes after Level 14 at about 5:35 PM. This is a one-day game, so it should finish out without bags, but just as a reminder, the casino staff does reserve the right to force a second day if necessary.
In January, local WPT Global streamer Jordan Banfield took down this game for his first Circuit ring. He had to get through 363 entries with combined prizes of close to $120k.
This should be my main focus once I get to the floor, but it’s possible I won’t make it there until after late registration is closed for this one, as opening day was a long one, with Event #2 finishing just before 6 AM.
