I arrived with the board out, showing four spades, ace-high. Dave S put in a bet of 325k, and Bonertz called, showing the king of spades. A few players commented on the flat call with the nut spade hand, but there was a steel wheel possibility on the board, and Bonertz said that the only hand that would call his shove would be the straight flush. Dave S had the jack-high flush, and was left on about 1.5 million. Bonertz is well over 2 million, and I’ll grab the exact stacks shortly when they go on the break.
