Brian Wells Overcomes the Field to Take Home the $280 NLH Bounty

After over 9 hours of play, Brian Wells has surpassed the 94 player field to take down Event #13 $280 NLH Bounty. Wells entered the final table with a shorter than average stack. He found a few ladder ups before quickly accumulating chips. With seven players remaining Wells found elimination after elimination.

He knocked out Kelly Snyder to bring play to heads-up. With the overwhelming chip lead, heads-up play was brief. Wells called off with ace-ten suited against pocket jacks and flopped two pair. His Cinderella story would not be ruined, as a clean runout gave him the trophy. Wells hadn’t found any bounties heading into the final table, however he eliminated five of the last six players on his way to the trophy.
