The flight is now over and the six remaining players are all through to tomorrow evening’s Day 2. There were 37 entries in the flight, bringing the running total up to 132, with one turbo flight left on Thursday at noon.
With just ten players left Ashkat Bansal had a massive chip lead, but Habibur Rahman was also sitting on a decent stack. It was he who kicked on in the last level of the day, ending up with more than double that of the next biggest stack, that of Lofti Boughanmi, who is someone I played poker with over two decades ago at the Gutshot club.
