The big game on Friday is Day 1b of the Main Event, but the side game in the eveningis a PLO Bounty game. Cards go in the air at 6 PM, and players have 9 levels to get into the game.
Players get 20k to start, and they play 20-minute levels throughout the night, so this game will have both bounties and a turbo structure driving the action. Even still, players buying into this game should expect to be at the felt for 10-12 hours.
In October, Whistler’s Matt Hall took down this bounty ring. It was his first ring, defeating Sunni Pil for a prize of $16,829. 331 entries generated a prize pool of almost $110k, with $76,130 of that awarded for prizes.
