Jobin George moved all in for 45,000 from UTG+1. Action folded to Stefan Stroffek, who re-shoved for 60,000 from the Small Blind. A small crowd gathered around the table, and soon enough, the players turned their cards on their back.

It was a coin flip, but George didn’t seem too faithful. His gut feeling was right; Stroffe immediately improved to a pair on the 66A flop, and the K5 offered no miracle to George. Absolutely brutal for George, who told this poker.pro reporter that he stone-bubbled yesterday’s Day 1A flight as well. Perhaps, he’ll take his shot in tomorrow’s hyper-turbo flight.

With that, play has concluded for Day 1B of the £150 Mini Main Event. Twenty-five players are now bagging their chips, and they will return for Day 2 tomorrow at 18:00.

That wraps up today’s live coverage from the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Sheffield; thanks to everyone who’s been following along with the action today. A final current state of play-post will soon be uploaded, and the Day 1B chip counts will also be posted as soon as possible.

Tomorrow’s live coverage will commence at 18:00; the poker.pro editorial office will cover Day 2 of the tournament until it ends. The chip counts from all the flights will be uploaded before that.

Thanks again, and see you all tomorrow.
