The second hand after the break, Sweden’s Johan Karlsson committed 30,000 of his 33,000 stack to a pre-flop opening from the Cut-off. Seated in the Big Blind, Justinas Adomauskas put in 35,000 in an attempt to re-raise his Viking opponent all in. The dealer denied the action, though, as it wasn’t a valid raise, so it was deemed just a call.
It didn’t matter, though, as Adomauskas bet one Big Blind on the 6♥4♠10♠ flop. Naturally, Karlsson made the call.
Justinas Adomauskas: 8♠6♦
Johan Karlsson: K♣3♣
The board completed with 4♦2♦, and that sealed Karlsson’s faith. He was eliminated in sixteenth place for €2,720, and that means that he won’t need to reschedule his flight back home to Sweden tomorrow.
Justinas Adomauskas: 103,000
Johan Karlsson: 0
