Michael Kim Falcon opened to 700 from the button, only to be faced with a three-bet to 3,00 from Marius Kudzmanas in the big blind.
Falcon called to see the K♠Q♥4♠ flop, where Kudzmanas fired out a continuation bet of 4,000, which failed to dispose of Falcon.
The K♥ landed on the turn to pair the board, and Kudzmanas continued to fire, sliding out a bet of 10,000. “You have ace-king?” pondered Falcon, who made the call in the face of silence from Kudzmanas.
The 8♠ river completed the board, and after some thought, Kudzmanas slid out a bet of 30,000, leaving himself 1,000 behind.
“If this a bluff it’s the bluff of the day” remarked Falcon while pondering his next move. After around 90 seconds of thought, Falcon open-folded the Q♠, and Kudzmanas raked in a chunky pot.
Marius Kudzmanas – 65,000
Michael Kim Falcon – 51,000
