Saturday is a big day at WSOP-C Calgary with three games on the schedule and two rings to be awarded. One of those rings will go to the top woman in the Ladies’ Event.
The action gets going at 4 PM, and the ladies sit down with 20k in chips. Blinds are 30 minutes, and they’ll have 8 levels of poker to buy in, putting the final entry shot at about 8:30 PM. After that, they’ll play down to the ring.
In October, Jenelle Exner took down her third Ladies ring here in Calgary. While she narrowly missed a 4th ring in January, coming 3rd in that Ladies event, she bagged both the May & Aug Ladies rings, then came back for October as well. She made it through 103 entries in this one, taking down the ring over Eun Park heads up.
