The winner of Ring Event #1: €350 Mini Main Event, Simon Hesserud Persson, took his seat in Day 1b of Ring Event #5: 1,500 Main Event.
From middle position, he opened to 600. Rasmus Lundström put in a 3-bet to 1,800, and another player called. Then, Hesserud Persson 4-bet, but the pre-flop action didn’t stop there as Lundström 5-bet to 10,000. Player X folded, before Hesserud Persson settled with a call.
Hesserud Persson check-called a 2,000 continuation bet from Lundström on the 7♣4♣2♠ flop. Action repeated itself on the 4♠ turn, this time with a 12,000 bet. Hesserud Persson completed the check trifecta on the 7♦ river, prior to Lundström moving all in for perhaps 25,000. After some consideration, Hesserud Persson made the call.
