Mehmet Siginc Dominates the $340 4th Chance NLH ($5,195); Garry Spence Chops for Second ($4,000)

After 7 hours of play, Mehmet Siginc has crushed the competition to take down the $340 4th Chance NLH. He and Garry Spence chopped with Siginc taking $5,195 with his monster stack. Spence took $4,000, with the tournament drawing 52 players for a prize pool of $14,820.

Siginc and Spence both found early success sitting at just over 70,000 after the first break. Spence sat around that mark as registration closes, with Signic soaring to the chip lead of 112,500. He took a big pot shortly after with aces to be the first player to cross 200,000 threshold. Soon after, he eliminated fellow crusher Thomas Taylor with both players making two pair. However, Signic’s rivered flush got him maximum value as he held a third of the chips in play with 12 left.

Haven Taylor, found multiple double ups to sit solidly in second place as the stone bubble approached. Siginc was relentless, as he found elimination after elimination waking up with big hands, or improving on the river. With three players remaining, Siginc sat with 1,000,000 of the 1,300,000 chips in play. Taylor fell shortly after, losing a flip with King-Queen against Siginc’s Ace-Six suited. With a nearly, 10 to 1 chip lead, the two players agreed to chop giving Siginc the trophy and lion share of the prize pool.
