The flop was already out, reading 8♣5♦4♠. Angelo Jopek was in the big blind and had a bet of 108k in front of him, but Scot Munro, from the hijack, reraised to 350k, sending Jopek into the tank.
He had about half his stack in for the bet, but after a bit more than a minute of staring at the board, he sent his hand to the muck. Munro showed a pair of sixes, which at least blocked the straights on board, and Jopek commented, “That would be a sick bluff id you didn’t have it. Pretty sure you had it.” Munro just smiled as he collected the pot.
