The side game on Saturday evening is the Mystery Bounty, with $200 of the $600 buy-in going to the mystery bounty pool. Bounties start with players in the money, and one big bounty will stay out of the bin until the field hits 18 players.
The action kicks off at 4 PM with just shy of 5 hours of late entry. The entry desk will shut down at the start of Level 11, which should be at about 8:50 PM. After that, they’ll play to a winner.
In January, it was Adrian Selero who won this one. He took it down over a field of 459 entries for a prize pool of $236,385 ($144,585 prizes, $91,800 bounties).
I expect the final flight to the Mini Main Event to be a big one, and as a result, the opening numbers for this game might look low; however, I expect the pace of entries to pick up significantly in this one once the reg-desk for E3 closes for good at about 6:15 PM. This game will be my secondary focus until Day 1d of the Mini Main bags.
