Naturally, the PartyPoker Tour Ambassadors are on-site in Glasgow, having a good time at the tables, battling it out for eternal poker glory on Scottish soil. Currently, three of the ambassadors are in full swing in Day 1b of the £150 Mini Main Event.

Alexander “Wishiper96” Georgiev came had a solid week during the 2025 PartyPoker Tour Manchester, as he finished fourth in the £500 Main Event for £6,860. Currently, Georgiev is playing 90,000 in the Mini Main Event.

Asif Warris, aka “the Poker Tourist”, loves traveling the world playing various live poker events. He has a 68,000 stack after recently winning a decently-sized pot.

Glenn Brown, the well-renowned poker host, didn’t survive last night’s Day 1a flight. Things are looking somewhat better for him now, though, as he’s playing 65,000.

Perhaps the other PartyPoker Tour Ambassadors – Joe Beevers, Natalie Bromley, Barry Carter, and Sam Acheampong – will show up later this week; time will tell. The PartyPoker Team Pro, Jaime Staples, is also in Glasgow, and rumors have it that he will play tonight’s turbo flight to the Mini Main Event.
