The side game on Friday evening is a progressive knockout. Players start with $150 on their heads, and that number increases with every bounty taken. Half of all bounties won go into the player’s pocket, while the other half is added to their own bounty total. For example, in the first hand of the night, all players have $150 on their heads; if a bustout occurs, the winning player would pocket $75, and their bounty going forward would be worth $225.
The action kicks off at 6 PM, and players can buy in for 8 25-minute levels. That should put the final chance to enter at about 9:50 PM. They’ll play down to a winner once entries close.

Last summer, Ismar Delic-Ibukic & Will Smith chopped up the prizes at the end of the night, with each player keeping their own bounties. They took the game down over a field of 114 for combined prizes of $32,490.
Meanwhile, the spring game also saw a chop, this time three ways. Mohsen Shafizadeh took the official win, with Jacqueline Ray and Shane Brotherwood also figuring in the deal to end the night.
