The side game on Monday is the $500 PKO. $200 of the buy-in goes to the bounty, and when a player scores a knockout, they’ll pocket half the busted player’s bounty, with the other half getting added to their own bounty.
The action gets going at 5 PM and players start with 20k. Levels are 25 minutes long, and players have nine levels to enter. That should put the last chance to enter at about 9:15 PM.
After that, it’s a race to the ring before the end of the night.

Last October, BC’s Chris Potter took this one down, adding another ring to the growing collection for members of Die Hard Poker League (DHPL). He prevailed over a field of 325 entries for the best share of the $136,500 in combined prizes, winning it heads up over Whitehorse’s Craig Caldwell, who has been close to a ring here multiple times.
