Mariano Perez opened to 6,000 from the button, and was met with a three-bet to 28,500 from Jonathan Rees in the big blind.
Perez instantly four-bet jammed for around 160,000, and Rees called with the slightly covering stack.
Mariano Perez: A♣K♥
Jonathan Rees: A♥Q♠
Perez was in a dominating position, but was drawing thin after the Q♥Q♣8♣ flop gave Rees trip queens.
Perez thumped the table in fury after the flop and vaulted out of his seat, and the 2♣3♦ turn and river completed the board.
Rees offered his apologies, but it was little consolation to Perez.
Jonathan Rees – 482,000
Mariano Perez – 0
