Sebastian Crema raised to 30k early, and both Garry Sandhu and Stefan Maloney came along from the blinds. They all checked through the 3♦10♥8♦ flop, and after a check from Sandhu, Maloney fired 100k on the 4♠ turn.
Crema mucked, but Sandhu called to the 9♠ river, where they both checked again.
“Set,” said Maloney.
“Straight,” replied Sandhu, showing the jack-high straight. “I also had a flush draw.”
“No, you didn’t,” replied Maloney with a smile. “I mean, you HAD one, but you didn’t. I had the nut draw.”
