Shawn Taghavi stomped his way through the field to take home his first PPT trophy in Event #1: Seniors $340. Taghavi build a massive chip stack on the final table and sent most players to the rail. His aggression and intuition helped him to grab his first trophy.
Taghavi took home the lion share prize of $10,820 of the $42,900 prize pool. He bested the 143 player field to take home the trophy, defeating Mike X in heads-up play.
