With his elimination of Vytautas Riskevicius, Sweden’s Simon Hesserud Persson is now declared the winner of the first Ring Event during the 2025 WSOP Circuit Tallinn. He takes home the ring, the €45,700 first-place payout, and the Ticket to Paradise.
Hesserud Persson entered Day 2 as second in chips (he was the chipleader from Day 1b). He was third most in chips going into the final table, but after winning a big hand against Corne Scheel, he overtook the chip lead and never looked back.
