Saturday evening is Team time. The Team game kicks off at 6 PM, and it’s a bit of a different format than usual. Teams have to announce before the start of play, and once the action is going, teams can’t change members.
The big difference from the more familiar team games is that each team member plays their own stack throughout the entry period. Players can rebuy individually for $180 as many times as they need during the rebuy period, and once entries are closed, team members combine their stacks, and it switches back to the more traditional format of alternating levels for each member of the team.
Entries will close, and the stacks will combine for this one at the start of Level 11, with 20-minute levels throughout the night. That puts the end of entries at about 9:50 PM, after which, they’ll play down to the winner.

Last Summer, the final two teams of Kelly Wist/Wendy Wilson & Gianna Taylor/Noah Capannelli chopped up the team game after making it through 25 entries. In the spring, in a larger $450 game, James Dryburgh and Mat Maddalo took down the win over 19 entries.
