My attention was focused on the Main Event, so I didn’t get to watch much of this one. The money play went very quickly, with the game ending less than an hour after they got into the money.
The final hand between Peter Poon and Delaney saw Poon’s shorter stack go in with ace-five of hearts, but he ran into queens for Delaney. The queens held despite Poon finding a five on the flop, and Delaney was proudly showing off his new trophy.
