On Table 14, it was blind v blind with Brad Bishop in the small, and Andy Truong in the big. They limped to a flop of 8♥2♥2♣ then checked through the 6♥ turn. Bishop fired 6k on the 4♣ river, and Truong quickly called with his K♦2♦ winning over the 7♠5♥ for Bishop.
Shortly after, on Table 13, DJ Sharma and Lap Chi Duong are monopolizing the table conversation, chirping at each other. Sharma was talking about taking Duong’s big blind and raised the middle to 6k. Alemu Makonen called from the button, and Duong called as well.
The flop was Q♠J♠7♥, and after two checks from the vocal players, Makonen quietly put out 8k to take down the hand. Duong recently requested a deck change for the table, his second deck change request today, and Sharma jokingly refused the change. Shortly after this hand played out, Sharma joked that he wanted a new deck for the table once again, but they are still playing with the one requested by Duong about 20 minutes ago.
