This reporter had a small chat with Stephen O’Keeffe yesterday. O’Keeffe bagged 578,000 from Day 1b, which translated to him ending that particular starting-day flight as the chip leader. Were he to convert his good stack into a tournament win, it would be his second THMC trophy, as he won the £100 Closer during last year’s event here in London.
