As we get deeper into autumn (the fall, for y’all reading this in North America), live poker operators begin to release details of next year’s events. Not all have done so yet, but already several live poker events have been renewed for 2026. Further events will likely be revealed in the coming months, as most of the tours that have already announced some stops, have not yet announced their full schedules for the coming year.
Those who have made some dates public include PokerStars Live, the World Series of Poker, the Irish Poker Tour, the Aussie Millions, Bounty Hunter Days, Casinos Austria and Grosvenor Casinos. However many of these have released only a single event so far, such as the WSOP, which has only announced dates for the WSOP Europe (WSOPE), but is yet to reveal the dates for its summer residence in Las Vegas. Similarly, Grosvenor Casinos are yet to announce their full 2026 schedule, however dates for the flagship Goliath festival have already been set.
As we are now into the final quarter of the year, many more 2026 event dates are expected to be revealed soon, but for now, let’s take a look at some of those that have already been announced so far.
EPT Paris Kick-Starts PokerStars Live’s 2026 Season

EPT Paris burst onto the European Poker Tour circuit in 2023, instantly becoming one of the biggest events on the calendar. It overtook Prague as the second biggest stop of the series and in 2024 it grew again, getting closer in size, but still not as big as Barcelona.
It was included again in the 2025 EPT schedule, however PokerStars were forced to cancel the event due to legislative and licensing issues relating to poker, which impacted the entire Parisian poker scene at the time. These issues have now been resolved and Paris will once again return to the EPT roster, with a PokerStars Open also scheduled to take place during the same festival. It takes place from February 18th until March 1st, with the PokerStars Open running prior to the EPT.
In addition to Paris, EPT Monte Carlo has also been announced. During the early years of the EPT, the Monte Carlo stop was billed as the Grand Final of each season, with a buy-in higher than at the regular stops. It’s no longer the Grand Final, but is still one of the most prestigious events on the tour, taking place in the aptly named Salle des Etoiles (Room of Stars). Its name is inspired by one of the features of the venue, its roof, which opens up fully. It’s a party piece which, weather permitting, is staged at the EPT prior to the start of play, to wow the players.
The Monte Carlo festival begins on April 30th and continues until May 10th. As per EPT Paris, it will also include a €1,650 PokerStars Open as well as the €5,300 EPT Main Event, along with a full schedule of supporting side events. There have also been two standalone PokerStars Open events announced for 2026, Campione in January and Namur in May.

WSOP Europe Moves to Prague, Clashes with Irish Open

The World Series of Poker Europe has resided at Kings Casino, Rozvadov, for the last nine years, but in 2026 it is moving to Prague. The event will still be operated by Kings Casino, in their casino located at the Hilton, the same venue that has hosted the EPT for over a decade. It is also changing its dates and will no longer be held in September, switching to March-April instead.
The dates for the WSOPE have been set as March 13th until April 12th, however no specific tournament dates have yet been revealed. It has been confirmed that there will be 15 bracelet events. What was instantly noticed as soon as the dates were revealed was that it clashes with the Irish Open, but until the WSOP reveals its tournament schedule, the significance of the clash remains unknown.
The Irish Open traditionally takes place over the Easter Weekend and the dates for the €1,100 Main Event have already been set for March 29th-April 6th. In fact, the full tournament schedule has already been announced, with the festival itself beginning on March 26th, 2026. The event has been going from strength to strength in the last few years, with numbers rising significantly since the buy-in was changed to €1,100. The full tournament schedule has already been published.

Aussie Millions Returns in 2026

The Aussie Millions was one of the most beloved events on the annual calendar. It began in 1988 and quickly became one of the biggest international events, taking place in Melbourne in January, coinciding the tennis’s Australian Open. However, the event was suspended after its 2020 edition due to internal issues at Crown Casinos, the operator of the event. The casino not only suspended the Aussie Millions, but also all of their other poker festivals.
In 2024 there were rumours that the event may return, as Crown Casinos resumed running smaller poker events. Disappointingly, that didn’t happen this year, but the news has recently broken that the Aussie Millions will return in 2026, but will be shifted away from its traditional slot at the start of the year.
The full schedule is yet to be revealed, but Crown Casinos have confirmed that the festival will feature 18 events and the Main Event will haver a AUS$10,600 buy-in. The festival starts on April 24th and will continue until May 10th, 2026.

Grosvenor Goliath

Grosvenor Casinos have not yet released their full 2026 calendar, but they have confirmed the dates for the jewel in their crown, the Goliath. The £160+£40 buy-in event has the biggest field of any tournament ever held outside Las Vegas. In 2025 the event broke its own record once again, with 12,961 entries, generating a prize pool of just under £2m. It was won by charismatic Liverpudlian Paul Worsley, who had been down on his luck with his bank account almost felted, before he scooped the £316,640 first prize.
In 2026 the Goliath will run from July 23rd until August 2nd, combining the low stakes tournament with a full GUKPT festival, which in 2025 was also a record breaker. The full festival schedule is yet to be announced.

It is operated by poker-trip.de, a German poker travel company, who also provides full packages including hotel and transfers.
As the name of the series suggests, it is focused on formats with bounties, with both the €230 Main Event and the €400 High Roller having progressive knock-out formats. So far, dates of five events for 2026 have been revealed, all taking place at Grand Casino Asch.
