The field is up to 28 entries now, but I’ve seen at least one player hit the rebuy desk already, so I am pretty sure there are fewer than 28 players in the game now. Entries are still open for a bit less than 2 hours, so the numbers should increase some before then, but at this point, the final number is looking closer to a 40+ field than a 50+ field.
