A pot of 8,000 had brewed by the river, on a board of Q2Q2A, in a hand between Pavinder Kumar under the gun, and Jonathan Spelman in the cutoff.

Kumar led out with a bet of 2,000, and was met with a raise to 7,000 from Spelman. Kumar commented “This is a bad call”, before flicking in calling chips.

Kumar tabled A3 for two pair, aces and queens, but Spelman had 82 for the full house.
