The ongoing 2026 PartyPoker Tour Seville is the first time the tour, which was founded last year, makes its appearance in Seville (and in Spain overall). However, PartyPoker did play a crucial part at an event in this very city a few years ago.
Roughly seven years ago, the 2019 Spanish Poker Tour (SPF) Sevilla Presented by partypoker took over the Admiral Casino, the very same place we’re inside right now. The week-long festival featured six unique events, headlined by a €300 Main Event. A total of 215 entries smashed the €30,000 guarantee, creating a €53,411 prize pool. When the dust settled, it was Jose Lopez who claimed the win and the €12,313 first-place payout.
While it may not be compared to their engagement in the ongoing tour, the aforementioned event plays a vital part in PartyPoker’s history. Now, seven years later, they’re back in Seville and Admiral Casino, writing new chapters in the poker history books.
