It’s been a couple of weeks since the PartyPoker Tour London. No one has forgotten the success of the event, though, and the anticipation for the upcoming events has been tangible. Now, the wait is over. The 2025 PartyPoker Tour Manchester kicks off today, and we have a lot of entertaining poker to look forward to until the final tournaments conclude on Sunday, June 22.

Looking to Repeat London Success

Indeed, it was an unforgettable atmosphere at Genting Casino (former Aspers) in London, April 19-27. PartyPoker returned to the live poker scene with a bang, and no one can expect Getnet Kassa winning the £500 Main Event, defeating the legendary Will Kassouf heads-up.

It was in January this year that PartyPoker announced that they would be back on the live felt, and they announced a total of five stops in the UK. The second one in the installment kicks off today, as the Manchester235 Casino rolls out the red carpet for what is sure to be yet another small dunk of an event.

The two recognizable ambassadors for PartyPoker, Jaime and Matthew Staples, can be expected to be on-site in Manchester, perhaps mainly chasing the £500 Main Event title. The first installment of that specific tournament won’t commence until June 19, though. Today, things are kicking off with the £150 Mini Main Event. This tournament proved to be popular in London with 866 entries, and it’s no surprise that the three-day tournament reappears in Manchester.

Live Coverage at poker.pro

Just as was the case in London, poker.pro will be on-site, live reporting from the event. June 18, the coverage will commence with Day 1b of the Mini Main. On June 19, there will be a potpourri of updates, as the Main Event kicks off, the Mini Main moves on with Day 2, and cards will be flying in the £100 PLO456 poker.pro Turbo 7-Max. From there on, no major action will be missed from the Mini Main and the Main.

Rumors have it that Glenn Brown, Jaime Staples, and Matthew Staples all will be on-site in Manchester

The excitement for yet another superb PartyPoker Tour live event is indescribable; poker.pro can’t wait to touch base at the Manchester235 Casino.
