If there’s one thing we know for certain, it’s that there is a swarm of live poker events. Live poker is hotter than ever before, and festivals are running continuously every week all over the globe. It’s truly the golden days of poker, something all enthusiasts should cherish and be very grateful for.
With so many events, it’s not an easy task for organizers to create something that stands out from the bunch. One festival that has succeeded with this, though, is the Poker Experience Tour. After its first standalone festival in Manchester earlier this year, it’s soon time for the second edition, this time at Genting Casino Stratford, London. Just like last time, the groundbreaking Progressive Mystery Bounty Main Event will be the star of the show.
A Revolutionizing Tournament Concept
Earlier this year, UK poker legend/former head of poker at Aspers Casino London, Paul Moyce, and poker media icon/host Glenn Brown decided to put their wise heads together and create an event the world had never seen before. The result: the Poker Experience Tour. They hosted their first event at the Manchester235 Casino earlier this year, and their concept proved to be very appreciated by all players.
The arguably biggest niche of the event was the Main Event, which was played as a Progressive Mystery Bounty. This tournament format had never been seen before in a regulated format; the prize pool is split up into three different categories: the ordinary prize pool, progressive bounties, and mystery bounties. The mystery bounties kick in on Day 2, while the progressive bounties are in play from the very first hand. This concept was so successful that even the 2025 WSOP Circuit Tallinn used it for the €750 Progressive & Mystery Bounty tournament.

Of course, they’ll stick to the winning formula during the upcoming Poker Experience Tour London, which will be played October 23-26 at Genting Casino Stratford, London. The £240 Progressive Mystery Bounty Main Event will surely be a popular affair; the tournament offers six starting-day flights in total, before the survivors will compete for the title on Day 2, October 26. The tournament gets even more exciting, though; any player who starts the last level of any starting-day flight with 50% or more of the average stack and gets knocked out receives a seat to the Resurrection Freeroll. In this flip affair, players have a chance to win a Day 2 seat with an average stack. Truly a unique concept.
There’s also a swarm of £30 Flexi Satellites on the schedule. In these, players can compete for £240 tickets, but these can also be split into two £120 tickets or three £80 tickets, if the winners don’t want to use them for the Main Event.
There’s a lot of interesting happenings on the side event front as well, for example, the £120 Hendon Mob Partner Event. While this is a more ordinary NLH tournament, a package for The Hendon Mob Championship London is added to the prize pool, eagerly waiting for the winner to claim it. The Hendon Mob Championship London will be played from December 2-7.
That’s not the only package added to the total prize pool during the event, though; two lucky players will also get their hands on a package to the 2025 Kings of Tallinn, and/or the 2025 Kings of Vilnius. The Poker Experience Tour is all about allowing players to experience poker events worldwide; perhaps, these added packages are the perfect tools to do it.

Just to put the icing on the cake, the winner of every trophy event will become a stakeholder of the event company. That’s right; the Poker Experience Tour is giving away company shares to those standing tall on the podium after the dust has settled. This is yet another example of how creative the Poker Experience Tour is, and just like the Progressive Mystery Bounty format, this giveaway of shares has never been done before.
There’s no doubt about it; the Poker Experience Tour allows all players to take part in a unique poker festival. Not only will there be a lot of intriguing poker action, but as the name also hints, it’s an experience outside of the tables as well, something all participants will remember for years to come.
