Action was checked to Madalina, and he continued for 1,500 on the 7♥5♣3♥ flop. McConachie wasted little time before raising to 4,000. Dragomir got out of the way before Madalina made the call. McConachie maintained his aggression with a 7,700 bet on the 2♥ turn, and Madalina then moved all in for 20,600. McConachie considered his options for a minute or two before letting his hand go, exposing the 5♥. Being a good sport, Madalina revealed K♥Q♥ for a flush.

Another familiar face in the mix is Deniz Orhan. Orhan won the £500 Main Event during the 2025 PartyPoker Tour Manchester and has a total of three PartyPoker Tour trophies. Time will tell if he’ll add another one to his trophy cabinet after this week.

If any players wonder why it suddenly became much louder at Genting Casino Stratford, it’s because PartyPoker Tour Ambassador Sam Acheampong recently entered the tournament room. He’s currently just chatting with various people, but perhaps he will take his seat in Day 1a of the £150 Mini Main Event soon.

Other Ambassadors, such as Natalie Bromley and Glenn Brown, will arrive later this week. Rebecca Hardisty and PartyPoker Team Pro Jaime Staples are already in London; rumors have it that they will play the £60 poker.pro PL Sviten and the £60 PLO Masters Saturday Party Madness Courchevel Bounty side events tonight.

In terms of entries, the Mini Main Event is always the most popular tournament on all PartyPoker Tour stops. That should be the case this time as well, and the winner (who will be crowned on Thursday, July 9) will become the tenth winner of the tournament. It’s a few minutes past five, and the £150 Mini Main Event Day 1a players have all taken their seats. The dealers have prepared the decks, and the first cards are currently being distributed.

Welcome, fellow poker enthusiasts, to the first day of the 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition).

It’s only a few weeks ago that the 2026 PartyPoker Tour Manchester wrapped up; it’s safe to say there hasn’t been a lot of rest for the PartyPoker crew. In fact, most of them arrived to Genting Casino Stratford, London, a few days ago, and immediately began the preperations for the fifth stop of the year.

Before Manchester, the PartyPoker Tour had its first two events abroad, as the circus touched Spanish soil. Seville and Madrid were both successes, and the number of entries were astonishingly high. That being said, London has always been the place where the biggest events have been in the UK, and there is no reason to suspect something different this time around. With 21 events on the schedule, it’s destined to be a busy nine days at Genting Casino Stratford (formerly known as Aspers).

The poker.pro live reporter Christoffer Karlén is on-site, ready to provide the live coverage of the £150 Mini Main Event for the first five days. Then, fellow colleague Richard Hayes will take over. Today, the live blog will kick off at 16:00, when cards are in the air for Day 1a of the aforementioned Mini Main Event. That will be the first starting-day flight out of a total of six. The tournament will play down to 15% of the field, and the survivors will all be in the money and bag their chips for Day 2 (July 8, 18:00).

Today’s schedule also features two exciting side events. The £60 poker.pro PL Sviten will surely bring alot of action; in fact, there probobly aren’t any other poker disciplines that are as intense as this Five-card Draw/PLO Frankenstein of a game. Then, it’s also the £60 PLO Masters Saturday Party Madness Courchevel Bounty. Perhaps the founder of the PLO Masters, JJ Hazan, will be on-site as well.

All and all, it’s going to be a busy first day of the 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition). As previously mentioned, the live blog will focus on the Mini Main Event and the Main Event. 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition) – Saturday, July 7, Schedule

While PartyPoker Team Pro Jaime Staples advanced from Day 1b of the £150 Mini Main Event yesterday, his equally good half, PartyPoker Tour Ambassador Rebecca Hardisty, became the unfortunate bubble girl. Hardisty isn’t known for lying down and cry, though; she’s back in the saddle, currently in Day 1c, looking for redemption.

PartyPoker Team Pro Jaime Staples just arrived at Genting Casino Stratford. Staples bagged 227,000 in Day 1b of the £150 Mini Main Event yesterday, and he recently revealed on his social media that he will spend his evening partaking in the £60 poker.pro PL H.O.R.S.E. The tournament just kicked off with 21 players in from the start, including 2025 PartyPoker Tour London (Winter Edition) £60 poker.pro PL H.O.R.S.E. champion Vadims Veksins, two-fold poker.pro-branded tournament winners Lewis Henderson and Henry Owen, and PLO Masters founder/poker legend JJ Hazan.

The 2025 PartyPoker Tour consisted of five stops, and this year, there are nine in total. Four of them are already done and dusted, meaning that this is the tenth in the tour’s one-and-a-half-year-long history. In other words, the one who emerges victorious in the £150 Mini Main Event, will be the tenth winner of the ever-so-popular tournament.

Ever since the PartyPoker Tour launched back in April 2025, Hady Sirbu has been one of the most recurring faces. His best result on the tour is an eighth-place finish in the £150 Mini Main Event during the 2025 PartyPoker Tour Manchester, and he’s looking do to even better this time in London.

Sirbu played Day 1b yesterday but didn’t make it through. Now, he’s in Day 1c, competing for glory.

Lewis Osbourne limped UTG before James Langford made it 800 from the Hi-jack. Thanh Hoang (cut-off), Alexander Beveridge (Small Blind), and Osbourne all made the call.

After all four players checked the 2♣K♣9♥ flop, Beveridge bet 800 on the 7♥ turn. Osbourne and Langford both made the call before Hoang mucked. Beveridge kicked off the 3♥ river action with a check. Osbourne bet 2,500, which was enough to scare away both of his opponents.

Day 1c of the £150 Mini Main Event is underway, with 18 players in from the get-go. One familiar face in the field is PartyPoker Tour regular Jacob George.

It’s an educated guess, it’s all good vibes in England today, after an historic win in yesterday’s World Cup. Of course, the fact that it’s day three of the 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition) doesn’t make things much worse.

In roughly one and a half hours, the third starting-day flight of the £150 Mini Main Event will kick off. The £100 poker.pro PL H.O.R.S.E is the sole side event of the day; this special twist on the classic Mixed Games discipline has proven to be a success, and it’s perhaps the sixth or seventh time this tournament is part of a PartyPoker Tour schedule.

It’s Sunday in London, and what a day this is destined to be. This poker.pro live reporter has a hard time deciding what he’s looking forward to the most today: a swarm of intriguing matches at Wimbledon, the upcoming England-Mexico game, or the second day of the 2026 PartyPoker Tour London (Summer Edition).

The poker is what we’re here for, though, and it’s going to be another thrilling day at Genting Casino Stratford. The nine-day-long festival kicked off yesterday with the first starting-day flight of the £150 Mini Main Event, as well as two side events. The inaugural flight of the ever-so-popular Mini Main Event attracted 151 entries, and 23 players made it through to Day 2. For the side event results, navigate to the “Results” tab.

Today, poker.pro live reporter Christoffer Karlén will follow the action in Day 1b of the Mini Main Event, which kicks off at 16:00. At 19:00, the only side event of the day will kick off, namely the £150 PLO Masters 4/5/6 Bounty. The last tournament of the day is a £30 Target Stack Satellite to the Mini Main Event, which will commence at 22:00 with three tickets guaranteed.

Edgar Uribe made it 16,000 UTG+2 before Jodi Hurley moved all in for 79,000 from the Lo-jack. Florin-Vasile Sturzu then made the call from the Hi-jack, and Uribe also added what was required for him to see the flop.

Uribe and Sturzu both checked the 3♦K♥7♣ flop. Uribe bet 60,000 on the 4♥ river; Sturzu got out of the way before Hurley and Uribe tabled their holdings.

Stranava check-called a 25,000 bet from Duggan on the 3♦5♣6♣ flop before both players checked the 4♠ turn. On the 10♠ river, Stranava threw out a 45,000 bet, big enough to get a fold out of Duggan.
