Scheul-Feldrihan bet 14,000 on the 9♣K♥8♥ flop, and then called a 28,000 raise from “Mr. X.” Both players checked the K♦ turn, and after another check from Scheul-Feldrihan on the 6♥ river, “Mr. X” sized up to 75,000. After a minute’s worth of consideration, Scheul-Feldrihan made the call.
Much to Scheul-Feldrihan’s displeasure, “Mr. X” tabled K♣8♣ for a full house. There’s a good chance “Mr. X” is the first one to reach a seven-digit stack.
