The 2026 World Series of Poker Circuit Calgary October kicks off with the traditional game, the Big 30 Stack. The game starts at 11 AM, and players sit down with 30k in chips.
Levels are 25 minutes long throughout the game, with 10 levels of open entry. That should put the final chance to buy a stack at about 3:40 PM. After that, they play to the Ring on Opening Day.
In January of this year, Shawn Johnson came through 404 entries to bag the biggest share of $134,071 over Henry Friesen heads up. Last October, Josh Molnar defeated Jacob Parent and a field of 371 entries for the best share of $122,430 in total prizes.
