Dallas Larson Wins First Ring over Ramaz Haymour in Final Event

Level:33 (200000/400000/400000)
Entries:1/431
Prizes:$142,230
Local Time:4:20 AM

It was a turbo game from the start, so it was no surprise to see it end quickly. Dallas Larson had the lead for most of the final table, after action stalled uncharacteristically at 11-handed.

Once they hit the final table, the action was fast and they were 4-handed in 30 minutes. Maddie Sharma, on her second final table of the day, and Marco Ferrone, on his fifth final table in the series, found ways to double and stay alive. Ultimately, Sharma bowed out in 4th place.

That set up a head-to-head match between Dallas Larson that took less than a level to complete. While Larson dominated most of the table, they were roughly even at the start after Haymour took out Ferrone.

The big hand that decided it saw Larson open for 800k, then call the shove from Haymour. Haymour was dominated, and he found no help on the board. He was slightly up at that point, but he was left with less than he needed to pay the blinds and antes in the next hand. He was pretty good for a forced all-in, playing queen-jack against Larson’s ace-nine. Larson turned the ace on 2♣4♠10♥A♦6♦.

This was Larson’s second live win, and his first Circuit ring.
