Shortly before the break, Vaibhav Aggarwal got his stack in with A9 against his opponent’s 1010. This translated to him resuming play after the break with one Big Blind and coffee money.

The first hand after the break, Aggarwal utilized four 30-second timebank chips before committing 600,000 out of his 800,000 stack to limp UTG. Guangdong Dai made it 1,500,000 from the Cut-off before Razin Sheikh moved all in for 11,500,000 from the Big Blind. Aggarwal used his last four timebank chips to keep stalling for the payjump, but, eventually, he made the call. Dai folded; Sheikh and Aggarwal tabled their holdings.

Razin Sheikh: AA
Vaibhav Aggarwal: 75

The 533 flop kept Aggarwal’s dream alive. He received additional hope on the 4 turn, but the 2 river ultimately ended his tournament life. For his twelfth-place finish, Aggarwal was awarded £1,500.

Razin Sheikh: 14,300,000
Vaibhav Aggarwal: 0
