Day 1d is set for the Mini Main, and with a field already over 1,100 entries, it promises to be a huge one. The action starts at 11 AM, and players start the day with 30k in chips. Blinds for 1d are 30 minutes, and players can get a stack for the first 12 levels of play.

Entries will close at around 6:15 PM, and this is the final chance to bag a Day 2 stack, so I expect the entries to be brisk all day long, with the final tally easily breaking 600. That should put this game in 2nd place on the all-time field size list for WSOP-C Calgary. The end of the day will come when they hit 5% of the field, or at the end of Level 22.

David Swaim bagged the biggest stack from Day 1c, and that also looks to be the biggest overall so far with 1.41 million. Clavin Lake, Korey Dadger, and Gurdeep Parhar also bagged up more than a million chips each in 1c, while Seamus Moloney bagged more than a milly in 1b. Melissa Sekulich bagged 625k on 1c, good for the 7th 1c stack, and so far, she looks like the only woman with a bag for Day 2, pending the results from Day 1d.
