Joseph Cosco was the first off the final table tonight, but it was his second final table in as many days after taking 8th in the Big 30 Stack on Opening Day. He shoved 70k from the middle, and got calls from Jerry Li and Duong Bach.
After a check from Bach on the 10♠J♦9♥ flop, Li bet 75k and Bach mucked. That left Li, with J♣9♣ on two pair against A♥Q♠ for Cosco. He was looking for his Broadway gutshot to survive, but the 2♣6♥ runout didn’t come through.
