Kings Cracked Twice, Down to Seven

Yordan Yordanov has become the first player to depart from the final table. He moved all-in under-the-gun for his last 1.3m and was called by big stack Serhii Lubyk.

Having taken out Lubyk, Serhii then luckboxed the largest remaining mystery bounty of £2,000

Yordan had pocket kings, while Lubyk made the call with A8. But the first card that peeled off the deck on the flop was the A and that was that for Yordan. He exited in 9th place for £1,190.

Soon afterwards the field was reduced to seven when Leigh Gillson suffered the same fate, having his pocket kings cracked by Vaidas Vitkausk’s Ace-King. Leigh departed in 8th, taking £1,450.
