2025 Summer Super Stack – Event #5: $340 NLH Progressive Knockout ($150 + $150 + $40)

The Friday side dish is the Progressive Knockout game. Players start with $150 bounties on their heads, but the “progressive” part of this game means that when a player knocks another player out, 50% of that player’s bounty goes into the winner’s pocket immediately, while the other 50% gets added to the winning player’s bounty (for example, Player A busts Player B with $150 on Player B’s head. Player A gets $75 in their pocket, and their bounty going forward is $225).
The game starts with 20k in chips, and levels are 25 minutes long throughout the night. Players have 8 levels to buy into the game, with the registration desk set to close at about 9:10 PM. After that, they’ll run until all the chips are in front of one player.
I’ll be watching Day 1b of Event #3 until that game bags at around midnight tonight. After that, I’ll be over to catch the end of this one.
