Local Time:4:40 AM

After close to 18 hours at the tables, Sebastian Crema picked up his first Circuit ring in the PKO. They kicked off at 11 AM in the Sundance room, with the final hands dealt around 4:40 AM.

After playig nine-handed at the final table for almost an hour, Rob Lothian broke the ice, going out in ninth. That set off a flurry of action that put them five ways about 15 minutes later. It slowed down quite a bit then, taking more than an hour to play down to the winner.

Once Crema and Anthony Riley got heads up, however, it didn’t take long. Crema started with a 2:1 lead and never gave it up. It went south for Riley after a big hand where Crema rivered trips and got huge value.

Crema limp-called a bet of 500k to see 5♣7♣6♣ on the flop. Riley bet 500k, and Crema called to the K♥ turn. Riley fired another 500k, and Crema called it.

Riley checked the 6♦ river, and Crema fired big for 1.7 million. After some time in the tank, Riley called, but mucked when Crema showed 10♥6♥ for the trips.

That left Riley short, and the money went in preflop shortly after. Crema had ace-three over the suited queen-nine for Riley, and Crema took it down with ace-high.

After the game, he was quite relieved to have picked up his first ring. He made more in bounties than prizes, collecting $21,500 over the $16,537 score for first and second. Riley did OK as well, adding nearly $5k in bounties to his cashout.
