Veillette called it off with less, and he had to fade the aces of Ramahi playing A♠A♥5♠4♦ against the K♥J♦9♦7♦ for Veillette. The sparkling board favoured Veillette, however, coming 5♦A♣10♦8♦2♦. Despite flopping a set of aces, Ramahi had to pay the double to Veillette to more than 1 million. The hand left Ramahi shorter, but he picked up another pot shortly after and is back to close to a million as well.
